As the days get hotter, my thoughts turn to you and the exceptional service that you provided when you recently installed our new heat and air unit. I would like to take a moment to thank everyone in the office and the install team for making this a painless project. I must start by saying that Joey was very detailed in explaining our options and making sure that it was something we would be happy with for years to come. I had explained that we were going out of town and we scheduled for when we due back in town. After some unforeseen issues we did not go out of town and Steve worked us in a week early for the installation. The Guys who came out for the install were very professional and keep me informed throughout the day as to what was going on. I spoke with Dawn a few time via phone and she was always so friendly and willing to help in anyway that she could. I have told all my friends and family that if they need any heating or air work that they should give you a call. I can't thank you enough for making this the best experience I have with any of our projects!


I am more than happy with this company. Joey was great to work with and his crew did an outstanding job in removing and installing a new heating and air conditioning system. As a matter of fact, the day after I had my new system installed, my daughter's system went out. I had Joey to put in a new heating and air conditioning system in her house. My neighbor had just had Joey to put in a new heating and air conditioning system in their house and they were happy with his work. They were my first reference to the company. I had another air conditioning company servicing my old system for years and when the old one went "south" I had them to give me an estimate on replacing my system. They were very happy to do that and they were nearly $2,000 more than what Joey wanted. I also got some other estimates and some were lower than Joey and some were higher. So, the bottom line is the references that I got on Dulin Mechanical caused me to use them. I'm very happy that I did. If you have any other questions I will be happy to try to answer them for you. My husband and I have dealt with Dulin Mechanical Services for several years and we have always found them to be a very professional and helpful company. They recently installed a new air-conditioning & heating unit in our home that was struck by lightning. My husband's elderly mother is staying with us and Joey asked one of his crews to come after hours and install the unit the same day that they looked at the damage and gave us the estimate.
